Session Delivery Options
Team Worx offers flexible session delivery to suit your organisation’s needs and operational context - The cost for catering, transport and or facilities hire will be charged to the client.
On-site Facilitation:
We can facilitate sessions at your premises, allowing teams to learn and engage within their familiar working environment while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
Off-site Facilitation:
Where a neutral or immersive environment is preferred, Team Worx can facilitate sessions at an alternative venue. This may include conference centres, retreat spaces, or other suitable locations.
Any off-site venue will be proposed in advance and subject to your approval. Venue hire, travel, catering, and associated logistical expenses will be charged to the client. These costs will be communicated in advance and confirmed before proceeding.

Caleb Makhela jr.
Founder and Lead Facilitator
With over 15 years of experience in customer experience, operations, and team leadership, Caleb has built a reputation for transforming disengaged teams into connected, high-performing environments. Having led teams across banking, SaaS, and contact center operations, his approach is practical, people-focused, and grounded in real-world experience.
Drawing on a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology, emotional intelligence training, and over Seven years in the leadership facilitation space, Caleb combines leadership credibility with genuine empathy. Team Worx was born from his belief that when people understand themselves and each other better, stronger performance, collaboration, and accountability naturally follow.
“Lova” Lovanatolotra Rafiringason
Expert Facilitator
Lova is a business consultant, entrepreneur, and leadership development practitioner with expertise in people management, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness. He holds an MBA and BBA Honours from MANCOSA, a Diplôme Supérieur en Sciences de l’Administration d’Entreprises from Madagascar, and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School.
Lova is Associate Partner at Cabinet ACRAN Madagascar and Co‑Founder of Aro Angel Madagascar, with prior experience as Business Manager of Grace Communion International South Africa and consultant for Hull Blyth and Stellar Group across Africa and the UK. He contributed many years academically as Teaching Assistant at Johannesburg Business School and Wits Business School, and lectures the “Starting a Business” programme for emerging entrepreneurs.
Founder of the Business Leadership Expedition South Africa, Lova also leads youth initiatives and coaches the Knights Basketball Club in Gauteng. He is married and a proud father of two.

A former ESL teacher recognized as Most Improved Teacher in Beijing, she excels at breaking down complex ideas into simple, engaging sessions.
Warm and approachable with a positive attitude and energy, Johannah creates a calm, structured learning space where teams learn fast and feel supported.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools, she specializes in office admin, HR processes, compliance training, and system onboarding workshops.
